- Train anytime during the gyms open hours, including Saturday training.
- $65 per month
4 Week Training Program
- Receive a custom 4 week training program written by Tom Dilliplane. Price will vary depending on the experience level of the lifter receiving the program.
- $40-$50 per program
One on One Coaching Session
- Work with Tom Dilliplane on improving any aspect of your weightlifting. Sessions approximately one hour.
- $30 per session
- Train under coach Tom Dilliplane along with many other experienced members of Cayuga Weightlifting Club on Saturday mornings.
- $40 per month
